Spend the week-end learning to become a more powerful peacemaker in your family, community and workplace at beautiful Sacred Groves.  Explore the Five Core Practices of Compassionate Listening:

Compassionate Listening is a practice that reaches deep into the heart of discord or disconnection, teaching people to listen with a different "ear" to those around them. Its powerful tools help transform the energy of conflict into opportunities for understanding, intimacy at home, healthy relations, productive teamwork, and positive action. It is a practice that provides a roadmap to what sages from all ages and cultures have taught: cultivating the wisdom of the heart is the key to real peace "from the inside out."

Meals (lunch Saturday and Sunday) are included in the cost of the training.  Lodging is available at Sacred Groves or a nearby Bed and Breakfast for an additional cost for those who need it.  The cost of lodging at the Groves ranges from $20-30 per person for the night but we have limited options.  Lodging at Holly Lane Gardens, a B & B within walking distance, ranges from $90-130 for a room for the night. The session will serve as basic training for newcomers and an opportunity for previous participants to review and deepen their practice.

COST:  Suggested Donation is $200-250 per person which includes 2 meals.  One day only: $100-120.  Therese always offers her events by 'suggested donation' and is willing to negotiate; if these amounts are a hardship, contact her and let her know what you can afford. Lodging is extra.
